Family Centric Disability Support
FCFN is a not for profit organisation that provides tailored support services for people with disabilities. Founded in 1991 by parents looking for a better life for their children, we remain committed to providing a varied range of opportunities and experiences to enrich the lives of our members in Maryborough and the surrounding region.
We have been working locally to provide innovative disability support to families for over 25 years. We are independently managed and have over 60 highly trained personnel dedicated to the delivery of our world class services.
Building on our successful and long standing foundation services of Centre Based Respite, Accommodation Support, Vacation Care, In Home Supports and Day Services and Community Access, FCFN has responded to demand for a wider range of supports with innovative and unique ideas to enrich lives with new skills and experiences.
NDIS planning
The NDIS offers an incredible opportunity for people with disability to have the funding they need to achieve their life goals and be a more active member of the community. Let our experienced team help you make the most of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
We have your best interests at heart and will work with you to set your life goals and take the time to explain all of the information in an easy to understand way.
Part of the Community
We develop positive community attitudes toward the incredible value people with disabilities can bring.
Support you need
We are not one size fits all. FCFN enriches lives by offering tailored, flexible services for people with disabilities based on their personal requirements.
We can provide all forms of community participation, long term and short term accommodation, in home support and life skills learning. You know your goals and what you wish to do in your life, and we believe it does not have to fit in the boxes.
We're here to help
FCFN has a long history of helping people with disability to live positive, enriched lives. We believe that the fundamentals of the NDIS are in keeping with our core values, and we see it as a unique opportunity for people with disabilities and their families to begin to realise their aspirations.
We provide whole of life solutions. We can help you achieve your goals by assisting with family support and supported living, and we can help you to achieve the best things in life such as preparing for the future, being part of the community, going to school, finding a home, going on holidays and becoming independent.
